The process I invented will clean and regenerate catalytic converters

back to OEM operating condition, and is a solution for a failed catalytic converter causing your check engine light to come on with codes P0420, P0421 or P0430, P0431 causing your vehicle to fail the state inspection in Travis & Williamson County Texas.

I offer a mobile service where I come to your location to clean and regenerate your catalytic converter without having to remove the catalytic converters from your vehicle. I will also inspect the operation of your vehicle to determine what factors caused the converter to fail. 

In my research I found that catalytic converters have no moving parts   they should last the life of your automobile or truck , so I asked myself why do they become inefficient and fail. The answer was that most problems with converters are caused by poisoning of the catalyst, which means that the metals that make the converter work get covered up or coated with exhaust particles causing the converter to become ineffective. The cause of the poisoning can be related to many factors including lack of tune-up, slow operation of oxygen sensors, excessive fuel in the exhaust system and sensor malfunctions. So over time the converter will stop working.

I started this company to be a low cost alternative to replacing your catalytic converters just to get an inspection, being in the automotive and trucking business for over 35 years and being involved in the diagnostic and sales process for many catalytic converters, I found customers were paying insane amounts of money in hundreds to thousands of dollars to replace catalytic converters so they can get there vehicle to pass a state emission test. 

And after spending that much money another issue I saw was if the customer had installed new aftermarket converters, they would not work or last long because they are low quality, having considerably less amounts of the precious metals that make them work. Regenerating your factory OEM catalytic converter is the best and least expensive option. 

To give you some back ground on my experience, I have worked in the automotive and trucking business for over 30 years. Most of my career I have been involved in management and operations.

One of the companies I had worked with was Ryder Transportation where I was involved in Research & Development of New Products. I have also worked at Goodyear and Firestone Retail locations in Dallas and Austin as well as being President & Operation manager for Dallas Battery Company in Dallas Texas.
