Service Description

This Booking is for a mobile service call and advanced diagnostics for $150 to test and diagnose emission system to try to find the cause of the catalytic converter failure. If the catalytic converter does not have visiable damaged and can be regenerated to pass inspection, the cost is $150 per bank for most vehicles. Regeneration of the catalytic converter is guaranteed to pass inspection and if not you don't pay the regeneration cost of $150 per bank, you will only pay the service call and diagnostic fee of $150.00. The best time to schedule the appointment is when the inspection is due by the month of the registration sticker or the 2 months before the sticker date. The state allows this 3 month window for the inspection and still qualify for the new registration. Example of Charges: 2005 Honda Civic 4 cylinder engine with code P0420 for bank 1 converter with successful regeneration, $150 for service call plus $150 regeneration fee for a total of $300.00. Service for a V-6 or V-8 engine that has codes for both banks would be $150 extra for a total of $450.00. At any time after your first regeneration service you decide to have a new catalytic converter installed by Catregeneration, we will credit the $150.00 per bank off the cost of that service. Payments can be made with cash or checks. Credit cards are accepted with an additional processing fee of 2.75% for onsite and 3.6% for online invoice payment.
